As a child, I was psychologically diagnosed, physically small, and socially awkward.  You wouldn't call that the best ingredients for being the most popular in high school and they weren't. I was often bullied by my peers and struggled academically, which made education become a place of fear for me. However, with coaching and personal training, I was able to become more confident and stronger in all facets of life.  

This led me to Penn State University where I graduated with a B.S. in Psychology. While studying for my undergraduate degree I earned my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Later, I went on to attend graduate school at Seton Hall University and study Counseling, however I started a health and wellness company, MBI Fitness at the same time and chose to follow the latter path.  

MBI Fitness was established in 2016 and has been the outcome of my life experiences.  Since starting the company, I have been named the Best Personal Trainer in State College, featured by Men's Health, Perform Better, WTAJ, Centre Daily Times,, and the Dr. Joy Show.  This led me to becoming a guest speaker for Penn State University and Kean University in the fields of Fitness and Psychology.

Now, as a certified professional life coach, my goal is to help more people find their success story by teaching the skills I've learned from overcoming the challenges in my life.  I would be honored to be apart of your journey!
